Welcome to Entrepreneur Studio F2F, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Entrepreneur Studio F2F”). By using our website at [entrepreneurstudiof2f.com] and/or engaging in our services, you (“you”, “your”, “Client”, “Member”, etc.) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Services

   1.1 Scope. We provide business coaching & mentorship; startup & growth workshops; CPR, first aid, and wellness training; self-care & mental health support; networking & speaking events; business travel services; active shooter training & safety; and related services.

   1.2 Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services, with or without notice. We are not responsible if any service is no longer available or modified.

2. Registration & Use

   2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

   2.2 Account. If you register for an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials.

   2.3 Prohibitions. You agree not to:

   impersonate another person or entity;

   use the site or services for any unlawful purpose;

   violate any applicable laws or regulations;

   upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;

   interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;

   attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services.

3. Fees, Payment & Refunds

   3.1 Fees. All fees for services will be communicated in advance. You agree to pay the fees as specified.

   3.2 Payment Terms. Payment is due as specified (e.g. prior to service delivery, or as per schedule). We may accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other payment methods as we specify.

   3.3 Refunds / Cancellations. Our refund / cancellation policy is as follows (you may adapt this to your own policy):

   If you cancel a service or workshop more than [X] days prior to its start, a full refund (minus any non‐refundable fees) will be issued.

   If you cancel within [Y] days of the start, partial refund (as specified).

   No refunds for services already delivered.

   Refer to specific service agreements or booking confirmations for exact terms.

4. Intellectual Property

   4.1 Ownership. All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images, data, course materials, trainings, workflows, tools, etc.) is owned or licensed by Entrepreneur Studio F2F. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

   4.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non‐exclusive, non‐transferable license to access and use the site and services for your personal (or business) use, subject to these Terms.

5. Confidentiality

   5.1 Client Information. Any non-public business or personal information that you provide to us in the course of receiving our services will be treated as confidential.

   5.2 Our Materials. Trainings, workshop content, and other proprietary materials provided by us are confidential and for your use only; you may not share them with third parties without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

   6.1 “As Is.” Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee any particular results (e.g. business growth, income, success).

   6.2 No Professional Advice. Coaching, mentorship, and workshops are for educational/informational purposes only. You acknowledge that we are not providing legal, medical, financial, or mental‐health therapy advice unless explicitly stated.

   6.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrepreneur Studio F2F, its officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

   6.4 Maximum Liability. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the prior [12] months (or such period as required by law).

7. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entrepreneur Studio F2F and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your use of the services; or (iii) your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

8. Termination

   Either you or we may terminate or suspend your access and use of our services (or part thereof) at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

   Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

9. Privacy

   Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site or services, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
